Can I upload my own design?
Yes, once custom ordering is enabled. Select the custom-artwork T-shirt, choose your size and colour, select the print position, and upload a PNG, JPG or PDF up to 10 MB. We review artwork before printing.
Can I add a name or number?
Personalisation is available on eligible products once the final options and price are confirmed. Names/initials may be up to 15 characters and numbers up to 3 digits.
Will I see a live design preview?
The first version collects artwork and print instructions. It does not generate a live mockup of your uploaded design.
Do you offer bulk orders?
Contact us with your quantity, deadline and artwork requirements for a quote.
Do I need permission to use my artwork?
Yes. Submit only designs you own or have permission to print. We may ask for evidence and reject unsuitable artwork.
How long does it take?
Production begins after payment and any required approval. Final estimates and UK delivery options will be shown before orders open.
How do I care for the print?
Follow the garment’s care label. Generally, wash inside out with similar colours and avoid ironing directly on the print. Supplier-specific instructions will appear on each product.
