Returns & order support

Contact us promptly with your order number if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

Personalised goods may be exempt from change-of-mind cancellation rights where the legal requirements apply. Standard designs are not automatically exempt simply because they are printed after ordering. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Our complete return instructions and business address will be published before ordering opens.
